I have only recently finished up a 3 month online program with Gavin and I am so happy that I chose to do it! Personal nutrition diet and workouts that suited me and my goals. I was delighted with my results and I most certainly felt that I got the most out of it all at the end of the 3 months. From the start and throughout he was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He made sure that I was always on track and if I missed a session he would be sure to ask me why! I first went to Gavin after training for four years by myself. I previously had never worked with a personal trainer either online or on a one to one basis. I went to Gavin because having at the time recently completed my college degree I wanted to develop my knowledge on nutrition and training from someone I knew had the necessary experience and expertise in these fields.

Under Gavin’s guidance I have learned new methods in regards to training and making more efficient use of my time in the gym and the importance of proper recovery. From a nutritional aspect Gavin isn’t someone who hands you a list of what you have to eat and when to eat them, what he does is helps you better understand the food choices you are making and highlights the relevance of proper nutrition. The most valuable aspect I took from working with Gavin was gaining a different mindset and the continual support with the various challenges of life outside of the gym.

In regards to value for your money I believe if you are able to commit yourself and give as much energy as Gavin does with any of his clients, it is definitely worth the investment. I would highly recommend working with Gavin for whatever your reasons may be, whether it is building a foundation for your fitness journey or if you are looking to develop on your current knowledge Gavin is someone I would highly recommend.

“I moved overseas to Bermuda in the summer of 2016, and was looking for an online coach I could rely on for results. I had started playing soccer in the local Premier Division and found that I was off the pace (literally!) in terms of athleticism and physicality. The main motivation for me choosing Gavin was that I was aware of the success that he had had with previous clients. I signed up for his online program incorporating the exercise and nutritional guidance. The first thing I found was that Gavin actually listened to the issues I had previously experienced with training and nutrition and that he prepared the program to specifically suit my needs based on my feedback. The workouts were designed to fit in with my weekly soccer routine and the nutritional guidance was brilliant, especially considering the the fact that I’m an incredibly fussy eater!
